Created and taught by veteran doula and childbirth educator Barb Davis, creator of the award-winning Your Best Birth Class™, this comprehensive class provides the information, confidence, and hands-on skills you need to achieve YOUR best birth — whatever that may be.

This 1-day, comprehensive class is appropriate for all birth plans (hospital, home, birth center) - we’ll focus on working with your body to achieve a low-intervention, empowered & informed birth experience.

Classes best taken at 20+ weeks but open to anyone at any gestation. Partners are welcomed and encouraged to attend!
