This event introduces FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) and previews Allison’s 3-part Centered Cycle course, where participants will take a deeper dive into cycle tracking, FEMM principles, and the ways our midwives can provide medical support when needed.

Dr. Allison Ball is a pelvic health physical therapist and certified FEMM instructor with advanced training in natural family planning, functional nutrition counseling, and pregnancy/postpartum corrective exercise. As a mother of three who has personally navigated PCOS and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Allison brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work.
