Lindsay Griffith, MS

Lindsay attended The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After moving back home to the DFW area she attended the Parkland School of Nurse-Midwifery in 2002. Lindsay first gained out of hospital birth experience when she performed a fellowship at Holy Family Birth Center in Weslaco, Texas and continued on to work at Nativiti Birth Center in the Woodlands. From 2006 to 2009 Lindsay worked in a private practice at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. In 2009 she made the move back to her hometown of Fort Worth. From 2009 until October of 2017 she worked for the University of North Texas Health Science Center and then later Acclaim Nurse-Midwives in full scope midwifery care and as associate faculty for medical student and resident teaching. Lindsay is a highly sought after preceptor for student nurse-midwives and has been involved in precepting most of the nurse-midwives on our team. Lindsay also gained a vast amount of high-risk obstetrical experience from working with Fort Worth Perinatal Associates and she enjoys taking care of moms with both high and low risk pregnancies. Lindsay joined our team in 2019 also catches babies at our Mansfield and Texas Health Harris location.

Lindsay is the mother to an adorable two year old boy named Jack. He is her life’s joy and she loves spending time with him.
